Currently open for breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 8-12. The cuisine is incorrectly listed on Yelp as "African" -- it's actually standard American breakfast fare. They serve pancakes, eggs, toast, baked goods, coffee drinks, etc. The hash browns are well-seasoned and particularly amazing. The proprietor, Kristen, and her staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Miss Earline was our server and was just lovely. The crowd was mostly people from the neighborhood, a good mix of ages and families with and without kids. The ambiance ends up being quite friendly, where neighbors notice you and walk over to talk, though the place itself is quite bland. It would be great to see some live music playing and local art on the walls.
